Hand-tying refers to a bouquet constructed by taking the individual flower stems and arranging them directly in one's hand to form the arrangement. Once the arrangement is complete, the florist ties the stems together. These bouquets do not include a vase but are carefully packaged in a disposable water source and then wrapped with tissue and clear cellophane. Just unwrap and the bouquet is ready to pop into a favourite vase.
